XML/SGML Conversion:

SGML conversion is slightly different from HTML conversion or XML conversion, SGML provides the ability to separate the coding of information for presentation from the coding of data content and structure

Data Capture & Processing
Data capture is the process of digitizing data that is held in a hard copy format, and storing the resulting electronic information either as an image or as a form of structured text.
EValidus has the capability to scan data in both the US and India, using the highest quality imaging technology. Once the data is stored as a digital image, the addition of indexing and metadata to the customer's repository enables the value of the images to be realized, and this information can be structured in such a way as to enable integration into a content or asset managements systems.
Where more complex levels of searching and data usage are required, optical character recognition (OCR), rekey, and data structuring methods can be used to capture full text. This form of capture enables smaller chunks of data to be manipulated rather than whole documents.
