E-Brief

eValidus digitally prepares and condenses case law, transcripts, exhibits, pleadings and audio / video clips, so that the entire brief can be stored on either a CD or DVD. The documents are scanned, coded and hyperlinked from the table of contents so that the attorneys have the flexibility of accessing the brief from any location.

Database/ Query design

• Searching critical information in a large document case can be problematic. Our approach is to code (or index) the relevant parts of each document into a searchable database. The critical information is identified and entered into the database where it will be become subject of searches. Each coding project is designed specifically to match the client's needs. In addition to coding, documents are often scanned and a CD-ROM archive created.
• This service is mostly used by law firms who are first timers in use of coding based search for documents.
